Adam started his career as a staffer in the United States Senate. Prior to launching Global, he worked within two leading public policy firms and spent six years with Rio Tinto, an international mining company with projects on five continents. He also holds an International Master of Business Administration from the No. 1-ranked Thunderbird School of Global Management.

All this experience has made Adam adept at working with key regulators such as the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Mining Safety and Health Administration, and Army Corps of Engineers. He is one of the leading practitioners on social license to operate and lectures frequently on the subject.

Samantha Feitz joined Global External in 2019, bringing over 20 years of professional experience from the media, manufacturing, and retail industries. She has expertise in event planning and coordination, project management, logistics, and analysis. Her project management skills have earned her recognition for her work with Fortune 500 companies. Samantha holds a BS from the University of Florida. She enjoys volunteering with the Deer Valley Unified School District and Arizona Swimming as well as travel, hiking, cooking, and reading.
